Here's how to login for the first time.

1. Login from online or the mobile app.


Online
Click “Sign In” button at upper right. Enter your Wings ID; click “Next.” Enter your current CU Online password; click “Log In.”

Mobile – First, confirm that you have the latest version: If the app icon displays white with a blue Wings logo, your app is current. Launch the app, enter your Wings ID and current password; click “Log In.”

2. Verify your personal information.


You'll be prompted to enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number/EIN.

3. Confirm your identity with a one-time PIN.


You'll receive the PIN to the phone number or email address on file. Need to update your contact information? Call Wings at (800) 692-2274. 

4. Create a new password.


Make sure your password meets the requirements displayed on screen.

Here's how to make the most out of your upgraded experience:

1. Login for the first time

The first time you login, you’ll use your Wings ID and current CU Online password, then fill in the requested information. Please note: if you haven't accessed digital banking recently, you may need to register as a new user.

2. Update your mobile app.

If you don’t have automatic updates on, you’ll need to update the Wings mobile app in your device's app store.

3. Plan new login credentials.

When the upgraded experience goes live, you'll need to create a password. Your password must contain:

  • 8–32 characters
  • At least one letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character

    NOTE: Usernames, first/middle/last names, common words/phrases and Wings ID number are not allowed in passwords; digital platform will reject the password if any of those identifiers are attempted to be included.

 

4. Update digital banking bookmarks.

Make sure you have the new digital banking page bookmarked.

Will I still use my Wings ID to login?

Yes, you will use your Wings ID the first time you login to the upgraded experience. Once you are logged in, you can choose to keep using your Wings ID or you can set up a custom username in your profile.
